In a little over a month, the cult programme “Taniec z gwiazdami” will return to Polsat. The station promises an exceptionally exciting autumn – and there is every indication that it has good reason to do so. The cast is a mix of top names, audience favourites and contestants who are already causing controversy. Ticket sales for the studio audience speak for themselves – tickets have sold out in a flash and prices have soared, suggesting a huge interest in the programme.

20 years of dancing excitement in Poland

“Dancing with the Stars” made its debut in Poland in 2005 on TVN and has been airing on Polsat since 2014. Over the years, the programme has had its ups and temporary breaks, but this year’s edition is expected to be one of the strongest highlights of the autumn schedule. The station’s programme director, Edward Miszczak, has ensured that the line-up of contestants has caused a stir in the media and among viewers alike. There is no shortage of celebrities with great achievements, as well as names that stir up lively discussions. As always, rumours of new romances and friendships born on the dance floor can be expected in the background.

The biggest names and hot gossip

This season will certainly attract a lot of attention from Tomasz Karolak, who is reported to have negotiated the highest fee in the programme’s history. Ewa Minge will train under the guidance of Michal Bartkiewicz, two-time Crystal Ball winner, and Marcin Rogacewicz will dance with his wife Agnieszka Kaczorowska. The participation of Katarzyna Zillmann in a duet with Janja Lesar will also be a big event – this is the first time that a pair consisting of two women is created in the Polish edition.
