Before Dawid Podsiadło achieved nationwide fame as a musician, he had an episode related to acting. In 2010, as a teenager attending the Zespołu Szkół Technicznych in Dąbrowa Górnicza, he starred in the short film ‘See where you dream’. This film, directed by Tomasz Basiński, lasts just one minute. Podsiadło starred in it together with Ewelina Cnota, his girlfriend at the time. The production is available on YouTube and has so far amassed over 13,000 views.

The first steps in the film

The film ‘See where you dream’ is a project that originated as part of a school initiative. Although only a minute long, the film impresses with its self-ironic tone and self-talk, which was appreciated by the jury evaluating the school’s work. Untapped dreams of directing

Podsiadlo has always been multi-talented, as evidenced by his interest not only in music but also in film. Although he dreamt of studying directing, his career path veered towards music, where he achieved great success. It seems, however, that the passion for film still resides within him, which may mean that we will hear about his film projects at some point in the future.
