On the eighth of February, the Warsaw film studio hosted the FAME 24 gala, which provided the audience with many unforgettable emotions. The event brought together the leading fighters in the world of freak fighting, and the main attraction of the evening was the final of the tournament with no division into weight categories. Marcin Wrzosek, former KSW champion, was among the favourites, but the gala brought unexpected twists and turns.

Fierce fights and Artur Bińkowski’s debut

The fights opened with a duel between Bartosz Szachta and Oskar Wierzejski, after which the tournament quarter-finals began. The cage faced, among others, Marcin “Polish Zombie” Wrzosek and Pawel “Tybori” Tyburski. More bouts went to PPV broadcasts, where you could see such fights as Alberto Simao vs Krzysztof “Malicha” Maliszewski or Alan Kwiecinski vs. Gracjan “Gracek” Szadzinski. Also among the competitors was Denis “Bad Boy” Załęcki, who competed against Piotr “Blue Samurai” Hallman. Hallman.The gala also featured the long-awaited debut of former Olympian Artur Binkowski. “Eagle” entered the ring to face Tomasz Majewski, and the fight was followed by a short freestyle battle involving Koro, Filipek and Koziołek. The rest of the gala brought exciting semi-finals and a clash between Michał Pasternak and Denis Labryga.

  • Alberto Simao defeated Gracjan Szadzinski by TKO in the first round – MMA, 15 seconds maximum of the ground floor.

Main card:

  • Jose `Josef Bratan’ Simao defeated Amadeus “Ferrari”Roślik by disqualification – small glove boxing.
  • Michal “Vampire”Pasternak defeated Denis Labryga by disqualification – MMA.
  • Gracjan “Gracek”Szadzinski defeated Piotr Hallmann (who replaced the injured Załęcki) in the semi-finals of the tournament – MMA, 15 seconds maximum of the ground floor.
  • Alberto Simao knocked out Oskar Wierzejski, who entered the tournament after Marcin Wrzosek’s injury – MMA, 15 seconds maximum of the ground floor.
  • Artur “White Eagle”Binkowski won against Tomasz Majewski – small glove boxing.
  • Denis “Bad Boy”Załęcki won Piotr “Blue Samurai”Hallmann by unanimous decision of the judges – quarter-final of the MMA tournament.
  • Gracjan “Gracek”Szadzinski defeated Alan Kwiecinski via TKO in the first round – quarter-final of the MMA tournament.
  • Alberto Simao won over Krzysztof “Malicha”Maliszewski by knockout in the first round – quarter-final of the MMA tournament.

Preliminary card:

  • Marcin “Polish Zombie”Wrzosek defeated Pawel “Tybori”Tyburski by decision of the judges – quarter-final of the MMA tournament.
