The Fame MMA federation has ended its partnership with Michal "Boxdelem" Baron, one of its co-founders. The decision was in response to serious accusations about his behaviour that surfaced online following Sylvester Wardęga's publications. Fame MMA authorities have taken steps to disassociate themselves from Boxdelem and have clarified what will happen to his shares in the federation.

Boxdel quits Fame MMA after controversy

Michal Baron, better known as Boxdel, has found himself at the centre of serious accusations that have sparked a wave of negative reactions in the media. Sylvester Wardęga accused him of inappropriate behaviour towards minors, and the public conflicts only exacerbated the situation. Fame MMA’s official stance

Krzysztof Rozpara, one of the owners of Fame MMA, in an interview with Super Express officially confirmed that the cooperation with Boxdel has been terminated. ‘

Due to the current situation, we do not see the possibility of further cooperation with Michał,’ admitted Rozpara, explaining that the decision to part ways was inevitable

What about Boxdel’s shares?

Despite the end of the cooperation, the issue of Boxdel’s shares in the federation is more complicated. As Krzysztof Rozpara admitted, Fame MMA has taken legal steps to forcibly redeem Michal Baron’s shares, although the process may take

time. Redeeming a partner’s shares against his will is a complex and time-consuming process. Until it is completed, we have decided to freeze dividends. The current solution is transitional. Our end goal is to bring about the liquidation of Michal’s shares, but before that happens we ensure that the profits generated by FAME will not be paid to any of the shareholders,’ said Rozpara.
