FAME MMA 32 is shaping up to be increasingly exciting. The organisation is unveiling further match-ups for the event in Radom, and the latest announcement features a story the freak fight scene hasn’t seen in a long time. Patryk “Gleba” Tołkaczewski is set to face Mateusz Szmyd, whom he last fought… 15 years ago. Back then, the stakes were success in junior boxing; now the fighters will meet in the FAME MMA cage.

However, this isn’t the only bout attracting attention. The FAME 32: The Game card features, amongst others, Kasjusz “Don Kasjo” Życiński, Michał “Matrix” Królik, Kamil “Taazy” Mataczyński and Adrian “Polak” Polański.

The FAME MMA 32 event is scheduled for Saturday, 29 August 2026. The venue for the event will be the Enea RCS in Radom. It is there, towards the end of the summer holidays, that fighters known both from the world of the internet and professional combat sports will take to the cage.

However, it is the FAME MMA 32 fight card that is generating the most excitement, with further names having been added in recent days.

Gleba returns to FAME MMA. A rematch with Mateusz Szmyd after 15 years

The latest high-profile matchup is the fight between Patryk “Gleba” Tołkaczewski and Mateusz Szmyd. In this case, it’s hard to say the opponents were chosen at random.

The two fighters have already faced each other in the ring back in 2011, during the final of the Polish Junior Boxing Championships. On that occasion, Tołkaczewski came out on top. So, 15 years on, Szmyd will get his chance for a rematch.

For Gleba, this will also mark a return to ‘freak fights’ after a break of several months.

The Gleba vs Szmyd bout at FAME MMA 32 is set to take place as a boxing match using small gloves. The fighters will compete over three rounds of three minutes each.

Given both boxers’ sporting backgrounds, this could be one of the most technical bouts of the entire event. At the same time, the story from 15 years ago provides the organisation with a ready-made narrative — a former winner versus a fighter seeking a rematch after more than a decade.

Don Kasjo back in the spotlight at FAME MMA

One of the biggest stars of FAME MMA 32 will be Kasjusz “Don Kasjo” Życiński. According to the current FightSport card, his opponent in the main event will be Bartek Szachta.

Życiński is already well known to the promotion’s fans. He also appeared at the earlier FAME 31 event, where he took part in the Fight Club Tournament. The same card featured, amongst others, Michał “Matrix” Królik, whom we will see again at the event in Radom.

FAME is therefore capitalising on names that are well recognised by its audience, whilst also adding newcomers and fighters with a background in traditional combat sports.

FAME 32 isn’t just about freak fights

The FAME MMA 32: The Game card shows that the organisation is increasingly blending classic freak fights with bouts of a more sporting nature.

A good example is the bout between Gleb and Szmyd. Both have a background in Olympic boxing, and their first bout took place many years before freak fights gained mass popularity in Poland.

The card also features fighters known from other organisations and experienced martial artists. At the same time, there will be no shortage of match-ups typical of FAME, based on differences in physical attributes, fighters’ personalities or conflicts built up in the run-up to the event.

FAME MMA 32 – Could Gleba vs Szmyd steal the show?

Although the most high-profile names traditionally attract the most attention ahead of the event, Gleba vs Szmyd has the potential to become one of the surprises of FAME 32.

The fifteen-year gap between their first and second bouts is a story that needs no further embellishment. Tołkaczewski knows what it feels like to defeat his current opponent, whilst Szmyd has the chance to turn the tables after all these years.
