1. How to report an error?

If you encountered a problem while using the website, please visit our Help Center. Select the type of error you experienced from the menu on the left, then follow the on-screen instructions.

If you can’t find your issue on the list or prefer to contact our support team directly, choose the “Contact Us” option. In the form, describe the problem — the more details you provide, the better!

2. Problems occurring on the blog

Articles not loading or the page is running slowly:

  • Check the stability of your internet connection.
  • Clear your browser cache and try again.
  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

Images or media in posts are not displaying correctly:
