Książulo described his dreadful stay at the Gołębiewski Hotel

Książulo recently described his visit to the Gołębiewski Hotel, which – according to his account – did not go as expected. The biggest problem was reportedly the faulty air conditioning in the suite. During the heatwave, the temperature in the room exceeded 30 degrees, prompting the YouTuber and his team to leave the hotel early and lodge a complaint.

Książul’s complaint was resolved in his favour

The incident caused quite a stir online, as Książulo publicly shared behind-the-scenes footage of his stay and highlighted aspects which, in his view, fell short of the hotel’s standards. In addition to the air-conditioning issues, concerns were also raised regarding the food and the appearance of the water in the bath.

According to a statement issued to the media, the hotel has decided to uphold the complaint. The hotel has confirmed that, in this instance, the full cost of the stay has been refunded.

“In Książulo’s case, we refunded the cost of his stay, having deemed the complaint to be justified, although we leave the final conclusions following the video to the viewers,” the hotel said.

The hotel explained the problem with the air conditioning

Representatives of the hotel had previously addressed the allegations relating to the YouTuber’s stay. They emphasised that the air-conditioning issue was unexpected and that earlier tests of the system had not revealed any faults. The hotel also assured that, once the problem had been reported, the technical team took steps to restore the system to proper working order. At the same time, the hotel acknowledged that, regardless of the record-breaking temperatures outside, such a situation should not have occurred.

Książulo received a refund

Książulo demanded a refund of around 5,000 zlotys for his stay. After reviewing the complaint, the hotel deemed it valid and refunded the money. Although the financial matter has formally been resolved, the debate surrounding the standard of accommodation, the hotel’s response and the influence of online reviews continues to stir up strong reactions among commentators.
