Małgorzata Trzaskowska: The extraordinary story of the sisters

Małgorzata Trzaskowska was a guest on the programme ‘Halo tu Polsat’, in which she invited Agnieszka Hyży to the family home. During the meeting, Trzaskowska’s father recalled the moment his daughters were born. He explained that in those days ultrasounds were not yet used, and the only way to check the baby’s condition was with simple headphones. It was only after the birth that he found out that twins had been born.

The midwife calls and says: you know, I have a surprise for you. I thought to myself, what a surprise. Two girls were born. I sat down impressed. And now imagine. I have one layette. I have one pram and I have two children to pick up from hospital with my spouse,” he recounted.

Twin sisters who chose different paths

Małgorzata Trzaskowska and her twin sister, Katarzyna, grew up together, sharing childhood and youth. Although their professional paths have diverged over time, they still share a strong bond. Margaret has become involved in social activities and supports her husband in his political career, while Catherine pursues herself in another field. Despite their differences, the sisters can always count on each other. Although they are not identical, they are often heard to share similar gestures and ways of being.
