The broadcast of `Hotel Paradise: All Stars' is underway, featuring well-known characters from previous seasons of this dating show. The participants recently experienced a painful encounter with a general knowledge test. Some of the answers are indeed astonishing....

‘Hotel Paradise’ has been on air for several seasons and has amassed a large fan base over that time. As the show’s hostess Klaudia El Dursi pointed out, some personalities have become full-fledged celebrities. It is no surprise, then, that it was decided to record a season of the popular format ´all stars´, where former and well-known participants appear.

The participants of ´Hotel Paradise: All Stars´ when confronted with general knowledge. Ah, that hurt

As in previous seasons of “Hotel Paradise”, in the latest episode the participants experienced a painful confrontation with the general knowledge quiz. In the past, the results have been mixed, with viewers witnessing some truly astonishing answers. On one occasion, the “Ode to Joy” became the anthem of Poland, while another time the question about the capital of Portugal was answered that it was… Peru. Admittedly, this time things went a little better than in previous editions, but there was no escaping the astonishing answers. The smallest country was, according to some participants, Luxembourg or Andorra, and the millennium was…. one million years. We also heard many interesting answers to the question of what a diastema is.

Is it some kind of scale? Like an amplitude? A hyperbola? – Nikolai wondered.

‘It’s a dish of some sort. I think so,’ said Dominika uncertainly.

In addition, the participants tried to guess that it was `some kind of complicated disease’, or another name for aphthous. Only Grzegorz remembered – and this was based on Tomasz Karolak’s smile – that it was a gap between the upper incisors.

`Hotel Paradise’ vs general knowledge. The date of independence was known by …. only two people

One of the most interesting moments was undoubtedly Julia’s answer to the question of how much 1-(-1) is. We don’t know how she came to this conclusion, but we are probably afraid to ask.

It’s -9,” she replied with a slightly confused look on her face.

A question was also asked about what group of animals a bat belongs to, and one participant wondered if it was by chance a bird, as it does have wings. The podiatrist’s speciality was easily recognised by Grzegorz, who also took the opportunity to boast to the whole country that he is a “foot doctor”. Congratulations – and it didn’t end there, because only Nana and Mikołaj knew the date on which Poland regained its independence. The others guessed: 1910, 1931 and even… 1411. Some at least remembered that the holiday is celebrated on 11 November, but as you can see, this was not enough. <div class=”group w-full text-gray-800 dark:text-gray-100 border-b border-black/10 dark:border-gray-900/50 bg-gray-50 dark:bg-[#444654]}”>.

In the end, Nana and Luke did best in the competition, scoring as many as 16 points. Louisa and Gregory got 14, three other couples got two points less each, and Sara and Luke got just 10.
