Robert Lewandowski has once again attracted the attention of the Spanish media - this time with a change of hair colour. Fans and journalists do not hide their surprise, although they note that this is not the first time for him.

On Thursday evening, Robert Lewandowski published a photo of himself with a new hairstyle – he opted for light blonde, which immediately caused a stir on social media. In the description to the photo he wrote:

New season, new hairstyle, same goals.

Just a few hours later, the Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo devoted an entire publication to it. The editors recalled that the Polish striker had already experimented with his hair colour before.

The article cites a situation from a few years ago, when Robert Lewandowski opted for a similar shade while still a Bayern Munich player.

This is not the first time Lewandowski has opted for blonde – he also dyed his hair almost white at the end of 2017. He made his debut with this hairstyle in November, scoring two goals against Augsburg at the time, so he will surely be hoping for a similar streak at the start of this year’s preparations, reads ‘Mundo Deportivo’.

It wasn’t long before Wojciech Szczęsny also showed off his new hairstyle. The Polish goalkeeper posted a picture of himself in blonde on Instastories and humorously commented on his colleagues’ metamorphoses:

‘We all make mistakes,’ he wrote, tagging the profiles of Lewandowski, Yamal and Gavi.
