Joanna Jabłczyńska found herself at the centre of a high-profile scandal surrounding the sequel to *Nigdy w życiu!*. Following her bitter remarks, Katarzyna Grochola spoke out, issuing a firm statement and announcing that she would be taking legal action. Agnieszka Żulewska, who is set to replace Jabłczyńska in the role of Tosia, has also found herself at the centre of the controversy.

Joanna Jabłczyńska will not be playing Tosia in the new *Nigdy w życiu!*

Joanna Jabłczyńska was one of the most recognisable faces in the 2004 film “Nigdy w życiu!”. As Tosia, the daughter of Judyta (played by Danuta Stenka), she left a lasting impression on audiences. The news that the actress would not be appearing in the sequel therefore caused quite a stir.

Jabłczyńska spoke publicly about her disappointment at the filmmakers’ decision. Her comments suggested that she had long hoped to be part of the production and was surprised by the way events ultimately unfolded. The actress also suggested that she was aware of the background to the decision to recast the role, but expected the producers to provide their own explanation to viewers.

Agnieszka Żulewska is set to play the role of Tosia in the sequel. Joanna Jabłczyńska reportedly took part in the casting, but the producers opted for a different actress.

Katarzyna Grochola responds to Joanna Jabłczyńska

Katarzyna Grochola, the author of the story “Nigdy w życiu!” and producer of the new project, has weighed in on the escalating conflict.

Grochola published an official statement on social media regarding Joanna Jabłczyńska’s comments. The writer stated that the actress was spreading false information about Agnieszka Żulewska and announced that she would be taking legal action in her defence.

Katarzyna Grochola announces “appropriate legal action”

In her statement, Katarzyna Grochola unequivocally sided with Agnieszka Żulewska. She also announced that she would keep the public informed of further actions.

The statement immediately caused a huge stir online. The post attracted both expressions of support for the writer and highly critical comments. Some internet users believe that the dispute between Katarzyna Grochola and Joanna Jabłczyńska could further harm the film’s promotion.

Joanna Jabłczyńska has the support of her fans

The decision to change the actress playing Tosia had already caused quite a stir, but Katarzyna Grochola’s statement has further heated up the atmosphere.

Social media is full of comments from fans emphasising that, for them, Tosia is inextricably linked with Joanna Jabłczyńska. There are even calls to boycott the sequel to *Nigdy w życiu!*.

Blanka Lipińska comments on the controversy surrounding “Nigdy w życiu!”

Blanka Lipińska has also spoken out on the matter. The author of *365 Days*, who has experience in film production, viewed the situation from a completely different perspective.

Lipińska noted that she understands the disappointment of the fans and Joanna Jabłczyńska, but at the same time pointed out that, with large-scale productions, casting decisions can be influenced by many factors.

These may include, amongst other things, financial considerations, negotiations with actors, the script’s concept or the producers’ artistic decisions. Lipińska also emphasised that the true behind-the-scenes details of such situations very often never become public knowledge.

The celebrity admitted, however, that she herself is not particularly emotionally attached to the film *Nigdy w życiu!*. Although she emphasised that she likes Joanna Jabłczyńska, she does not regard the casting change as an event that particularly moves her.

Joanna Brodzik will also not be appearing in the sequel to *Nigdy w życiu!*

Joanna Jabłczyńska is not the only star from the original production who will be missing from the new film.

We won’t be seeing Joanna Brodzik in the sequel either. In the first “Nigdy w życiu!”, the actress played Ula, Judyta’s close friend.

In this case, however, the reason is said to be completely different from that in Joanna Jabłczyńska’s case.

Why won’t Joanna Brodzik be appearing in the new *Nigdy w życiu!*?

As things stand, the character of Ula simply hasn’t made it into the script for the new film.

The sequel is set to take place many years after the events of the first film and will focus on a different stage in the characters’ lives. New characters are also set to appear in the story.

Interestingly, this may come as a surprise to readers of Katarzyna Grochola’s books. Ula and her husband do, in fact, appear in the novel on which the sequel is based.

I can’t believe they’re replacing Joanna Jabłczyńska as Tosia! She was perfect for the role in the original film.

Katarzyna Grochola should respect Joanna Jabłczyńska’s contribution to the first film. This legal action seems unnecessary.

Blanka Lipińska makes a good point about the complexities of casting decisions in film production. It’s not always black and white.

I wonder if the absence of Joanna Brodzik in the sequel will impact the dynamic between the characters. She was a great addition to the first film.

It’s a shame that Joanna Brodzik won’t be in the sequel, but I’m intrigued to see how the new characters will fit into the story.

Katarzyna Grochola’s statement seems quite harsh. I hope this conflict doesn’t overshadow the release of the new film.
