The truth about Derpienski vs Nosowska conflict comes out!

Caroline Derpienski initially threatened Katarzyna Nosowska after airing a commercial parodying her image. She claimed that the parody violated her personal rights and demanded an apology and financial compensation in the astronomical amount of PLN 50 million. Despite the media fuss and public accusations, the Wirtualne Media portal has established that four months after the incident, Danone, the producer of the Alpro brand, has not received any formal lawsuit from Caroline Derpienski. The head of Danone Poland’s external communications department, Martyna Węgrzyn, confirmed that there had been no change in the case.

‘Nothing has changed in this regard,’ said Martyna Węgrzyn, head of the external communications department and spokeswoman for Danone Poland.

Ultimately, despite court threats, the case did not go to court and Danone managed to avoid a lawsuit. It seems that the controversial advertisement will not end up in the courtroom for Katarzyna Nosowska.
