For several days, there had been speculation online about Schreiber and Czarnecki’s relationship. Many internet users suspected that their intimacy was just another media provocation. Meanwhile, Czarnecki dispelled doubts by posting a statement on the X website:

If anyone thinks that the heckling will destroy my relationship with Marianna, they are wrong. I understand the indignation of many people, but it will not destroy my feelings for my partner. And from my side it is a huge love.

The former MP has made it clear that he does not intend to bother with the criticism or explain his personal life.

Formally married but separated for years

Czarnecki also addressed the controversy surrounding the fact that he has not yet obtained a divorce:

I am writing this for the first and also the last time. Less than 6 years ago my wife and I made the decision to separate. We have not lived together since then. My wife has had a new partner for a long time, nothing to do with me anyway – she is a free man and can do what she wants according to her own conscience. So am I.

The former politician explained that a civil divorce could be expected soon, although he admitted that its absence was due to past negligence. He added that neither he nor his former partner had entered into a church wedding, so a divorce in this form was not necessary.

Marianna Schreiber and Przemyslaw Czarnecki seem determined not to worry about criticism and focus on building a life together.
