Record-breaking GOCC auction and emotions around security

A sleepover spent in the company of Julia Wieniawa turned out to be one of the most media-savvy proposals during this year’s Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity fundraiser. The actress and singer proposed a classic pyjama party – watching films together, snacks, karaoke and long conversations until late. All in the formula of an evening with a sleepover.

From the beginning, the auction evoked extreme reactions. There were questions about organisational issues and security. Wieniawa indicated that the meeting would not take place in her private home. In addition, she published a video in which she and her lawyer Marcin Kruszewski, known online as Marcin’s Law, explained the formal aspects of the venture.

The auction ended on 13 February. The final amount was PLN 100 250. The name of the winner was not made public.

Valentine’s Day in a bikini and Natsu’s entry

A day later, on Valentine’s Day, photos featuring Natsu and Julia Wieniawa appeared on Instagram. The influencer posted a photo of them sauntering together, captioning it with the short but meaningful caption: “I won a sleepover”.

The accounts showed elements of a typical girls’ night: relaxation in the sauna, facials, facials, masks, shared food and drinks. Both celebrities opted for a feminine Valentine’s Day vibe.

Was Natsu’s entry a joke or did she actually bid in the auction? There is no shortage of sceptical comments online. Some observers point out that the influencers have had a close relationship for a long time, so the evening together is not necessarily related to the auction. On the other hand, if it was indeed Natsu who donated more than 100,000 zloty to the charity, it would be a gesture of great significance.

From Quebonafide concert to friendship

The relationship between Natsu and Wieniawa is not new to show-biz fans. The two have repeatedly published photos together and appeared together at industry events. Natsu was present, among others, at the actress’s surprise birthday party and at the premiere of the film ‘I Want More’, in which Wieniawa starred alongside Maciej Musiałowski.

Their acquaintance began in rather unobvious circumstances – at a Quebonafide concert. As they themselves admitted, they quickly caught a common language, and the relationship turned into a friendship. In an interview, Natsu also mentioned Wieniawa’s support in the context of her participation in the Dancing with the Stars programme:

Julka told me what it looked like from her side. It’s just that she took part in the dance when she was young, it was a few years ago, but she supports me a lot. She prompts me with some things and I would definitely like to invite her to some training. Maybe quietly to come and see if I’m doing well.

A night out auctioned or symbolic?

The public is still unsure whether the Valentine’s evening was the realisation of a winning auction or a private gathering of friends. The fact remains that there was a lot of buzz around the GOCC initiative, and the auction itself raised an impressive amount for charity.
