Aneta Zając’s metamorphosis

In recent months, the actress has once again found herself in the spotlight. It is all thanks to the visible transformation she has undergone. Within a few months she had lost a lot of weight and had clearly improved her shape.

Over time, she has become increasingly bold in showing off her new slim figure online. She also recently went on holiday to Tenerife, from where she published photos and accounts of her holiday, attracting a lot of interest from observers.

Recalling a difficult moment

In her latest post, the actress went back to the time before her makeover. On Instagram, she posted a series of archive photos, which, one presumes, were taken at the end of 2024, even before she had lost almost 20 kilos.She shared the photos along with a very personal reflection on that period of her life:

At first, I did not recognise the person in the second, third and fourth photos. Only after a while did it occur to me that it was me. I showed these photos to my relatives. They also had doubts. “You didn’t look like that.” “It’s impossible. I see someone who was trying very hard. Someone who was trying to function, even though it was really hard inside. Someone who was already losing hope that things could change. Today I know one thing – I managed to get out of that place. And I hope I won’t go back there again. If it’s hard for you now, don’t give up. Change sometimes comes slowly.
