In the programme “K2. Jedziemy po bandzie”, Anna Mucha will appear as a special guest who brings a fresh breeze and feminine energy to the event. The actress, whose artistic output to date has consisted mainly of film and TV series productions, has boldly decided to take part in cabaret, which surprises many of her fans. It is also her way of paying tribute to the late artist Joanna Kolaczkowska.

Mucha explains that although she holds Kolaczkowska in high esteem, she is not someone who enjoyed all genres of cabaret. She strongly avoided political jokes and those that would violate the boundaries of good taste. In her opinion, humour should be intelligent and thoughtful, and jokes should not make the audience feel uncomfortable. For Mucha, the most important thing is the context in which the joke is presented and how it is performed. It is an approach that fits in with the philosophy of Kołaczkowska’s work.

She was an artist who knew how to balance intelligent humour and good taste, unafraid to tackle difficult topics with great class. Kołaczkowska never descended below a level that could be considered vulgar – her jokes were thoughtful, detached and reflective. This made her programmes hugely influential on the entire cabaret scene.
