Blanka Lipinska, who made her fortune with her bestselling 365 Days series, speaks candidly about the shadows of financial success and the fear of losing it.

Success that brought anxiety

Blanka Lipinska, author of the popular erotic series `365 Days’, has achieved huge success both in Poland and abroad. Her books have become bestsellers and screen adaptations have attracted international audiences. However, in an interview with RMF FM, the writer admitted that making her fortune has not brought her the happiness she expected.

No. Money does not bring happiness,” said Lipinska.

She explained that having large sums of money is linked to the fear of losing it.

Once you experience the fact that you have money, there is a fear of losing it. Then the money itself doesn’t really matter, it’s just about handling it wisely and doing things in such a way that you don’t lose it, she added.

Family support in investments

Lipinska does not hide the fact that her financial success is also due to wise investing. In an interview with Celebrity World, she talked about working with her brother, who is her financial advisor.

We invest in funds, real estate. I look at us as an organisation because we support each other very much as a family. My brother is a mathematical genius and is a finance director. Kuba likes to count money and make money. I use his knowledge very often. He checks something and then I get into it,” admitted the writer.

Happiness not in money

Although Blanka Lipińska has achieved financial success, she emphasises that money in itself does not give happiness.

They do not give happiness in themselves. They are a nice means to make yourself happy, but absolutely not in themselves,’ she stated.

Nowadays, the writer focuses on maintaining balance and surrounds herself with trusted people who help her manage the stress of finances.

Success can indeed bring anxiety, and it’s brave of Lipinska to talk about it openly. It’s a side of success we don’t often hear about.
