Conflict on the Polish rap scene – Białas vs White 2115

In April this year, White 2115 announced his departure from the SBM Label, and described the reasons in a lengthy post on Instagram. The rapper explained that he wanted to start something of his own and end a collaboration that he judged unsatisfactory due to changes in the label’s line-up. He mentioned that his close circle of collaborators, including Boris, Mata and Bialas, no longer work there, which prompted his decision to leave.

Bialas responds

As the head of SBM, Bialas did not stay behind for long. After just a few days, he published a track titled `Be careful who you drink with’, in which he accused White of being ungrateful and not writing lyrics himself. In his piece, the SBM boss also reiterated the financial benefits of working with the label to White, suggesting that the rapper should be more grateful for these opportunities.

White 2115 retorts with another diss

It didn’t take long for White 2115 to respond, releasing a track titled `Family Matters’. In it, he addressed White’s allegations of a small donation to an orphanage, stressing that his actions were purely altruistic and not marketing. The rapper also emphasised his independence and accused Bialas of hypocrisy regarding expensive jewellery.

Is this the end of the conflict?

Bialas’ latest track `Outro 2′ seems to indicate a desire to end the beef. In the track, there are words about mutual respect and a desire to end the conflict. Will White 2115 decide to do another diss track, or will both artists put their differences aside? Time will tell, but for now fans are watching developments with interest.
