Daria Ładocha became known to viewers as an energetic culinary journalist and, in time, as the host of popular TV formats, including ‘Asia Express’. For almost a quarter of a century, her private life was linked to Bartek Kulita. However, the couple rarely appeared together in public and shied away from joint interviews. In the spring of this year, the celebrity announced her separation, which, as it later turned out, was one of the most difficult experiences of her life.

“Nothing concrete happened, and yet everything was happening”.

In an interview with viva.pl, Daria Ładocha emphasised that the break-up of the relationship was not the result of a single dramatic situation. The decision matured in silence and was the result of deep reflection on the relationship.

A break-up like a trauma

Although today she can talk about it more calmly, Ładocha does not hide the fact that the beginnings after the separation were extremely painful for her. The emotions that accompanied her were extremely powerful.

It’s easier to talk about it now, but for me the break-up was a gigantic trauma. The embryonic position, lying on the ground, crying for months. My facial features were changing because of the crying. I was not able to cope with the pain,” she admitted in the interview.

As it turns out, the breakup did not remain only in the sphere of emotions. For Daria Ładocha, the most difficult moment was the day her former partner took his belongings out of the house. Then somatic symptoms also appeared.

‘I was not able to cope with the fact that this person I have known all my adult life is not even next door in the flat,’ she recalled.

A new reality and a new relationship with a former partner

Daria Ładocha and Bartek Kulita have two daughters, Matilda and Laura. After the split, the celebrity had to learn to function not only as an independent mum, but also to maintain her relationship with her former partner for the sake of the children. As she revealed, Kulita has already put his life back together.

Bartek has a new relationship with another woman and her child. We wish him all the best. I think 25 years will not rebuild in a new reality in a few months and every day brings me something difficult, every day brings me something good. I wouldn’t be fair if I said everything was easy – it wasn’t. It happens and it will,” she concluded without icing up the reality.
