Dominika Gwit, who once lost an impressive 50 kilograms, based her diet on six specific products. Here's which ones she used.

Dominika Gwit comes from Gdynia. She graduated from the Acting Academy in Krakow and the Melchior Wańkowicz Academy of Journalism in Warsaw. She became widely recognised in 2009 thanks to her role in the film “Galerianki”, directed by Katarzyna Rosłaniec. Since then, she has appeared in many other films and series, as well as on the theatre stage.Gwit gave birth to a son on 18 January this year. The name of the child has not been made public. The father of the child is her husband, Wojciech Dunaszewski, a TV editor.

How did Dominika Gwit lose 50 kilograms?

In 2014, the actress and journalist surprised everyone with her spectacular transformation. She lost as much as 50 kilograms, which she achieved thanks to a combination of diet (based on 6 products) and exercise.

exercised at the gym every two days, under the close supervision of a trainer. The process of losing the excess weight took 10 months. Although Dominika did not maintain her minimum weight, she accepted her body as it is. In a candid interview with Magda Mołek, she said:

I put on weight, came back to myself, started smiling, started singing, started living and looked at myself in the mirror and said: I love you girl and I will always love you, no matter what you look like, where you are, what decisions you make, what size dress you wear, it doesn’t matter. You are important.
