Szelągowska's response, however, quickly silenced her opponents.

The interior designer, known for hosting Szelągowska’s Total Overhauls programme, published a post on Instagram in which she not only showed off her styling, but also expressed her great satisfaction with her leggings, which she said visually slim down. “O inventor of turbo tight leggings…. I thank you for every inch of my body, which thanks to them disappears under the unobjectionable pressure of the lycra,” she wrote with humour.

Fans divided: from admiration to criticism

Although many of Szelągowska’s fans praised her styling, there was no shortage of critical voices. Some internet users pointed out that the leggings were already “unfashionable” or that they revealed too much. “And it was said by fashion experts that leggings are ‘passe’…”. She was quick to make it clear that she wears what she feels comfortable in, regardless of the opinions of others.
