Filip Chajzer wants to sell a luxury property in the Mazury region. The house has been put up for sale for a very high amount.

Filip Chajzer sells luxury home

Filip Chajzer, son of Zygmunt Chajzer and brother of Karolina Hajzer, rented a house in Masuria for over a year, but now he decided to give up running this business. On the website of one of the real estate agencies, an advertisement appeared about the sale of the HighZen estate. The luxury house with an area of 130 m2 together with a plot of 3,712 m2 was valued at PLN 2,700,000.

HighZen House – luxury and nature

The HighZen House is located in the vicinity of forests, a river and a lake. The five-storey wooden house with huge windows, pizza oven, fireplace and jacuzzi is located near the village of Pozezdrze.

The house could be rented for a minimum of two nights. A stay from Monday to Thursday cost PLN 1,200 per night, and at the weekend PLN 1,500 per night. A cleaning service of PLN 300 was also added to the stay.
