Julia Wieniawa, a young Polish showbiz star, has decided to try her hand at the property market. The actress put up for rent a luxurious flat in the centre of Warsaw, which was available at a rather high price from the beginning. Unfortunately, despite its popularity, her offer did not meet with the expected interest, which forced her to lower the price.

Wieniawa reduces the cost of renting her flat

Initially, Julia Wieniawa valued the rent of her flat at 7 thousand zlotys a month. In addition, she required a deposit of 14 thousand zlotys as well as rent and utility charges, which significantly increased the total cost of rent. Such a high price proved to be problematic, as the flat did not find a tenant for a long time. As a result, the actress decided to reduce the price by 500 zlotys, making the current rent 6,500 zlotys per month.

What influenced the decision to lower the price?

Although Wieniawa is one of the most recognisable figures in Poland and her flat is undoubtedly one of the luxurious ones, the high price may have scared off potential tenants. With such high requirements as a high deposit and additional costs, it was difficult to find someone willing to rent. Reducing the amount may therefore be an attempt to adapt to market realities.

What further steps will Wieniawa take?

It is possible that if the flat still fails to find a tenant, Wieniawa may be forced to change the rental price again. The real estate market, especially in Warsaw, is competitive and customers may be more demanding when it comes to price/quality ratio and location. The actress will certainly keep an eye on developments and make decisions accordingly in the future.
