Kasia undoubtedly knows how to accentuate her shapely figure, which she works hard to achieve. The actress confessed that she follows a box diet and does not exceed 1500 kcal per day. Thanks to this, she boasts a slim figure! She revealed the details in an interview with Party magazine:

I’ve returned to training because all my life I’ve been active in sports, I trained, then I had various breaks related to being a mother: pregnancies, breastfeeding, fatigue. Now I’m back to training and I’m trying to take care of it, as well as my diet. Diet is the basis of everything, and also water. (…) I’m not one of those people who catcalls themselves. Absolutely, I will not allow myself to starve myself.
