The autumn edition of 'Dancing with the Stars' will bring a historic moment - for the first time a couple consisting of two women will appear on the Polish dance floor. Olympic vice-champion Katarzyna Zillmann will dance in a duet with one of the programme's most experienced dancers.

Known for her success in rowing, Katarzyna Zillmann has decided to take part in the Polsat dance show. The athlete is already preparing to compete for the Crystal Ball and, as it turned out, she will form a pair with a woman – a first in the history of the Polish edition of the show.

Zillmann’s partner will be Janja Lesar

As Pudelek has established, Katarzyna Zillmann’s partner on the dance floor will be Janja Lesar – a highly-regarded Slovenian dancer and choreographer who has been associated with ‘Dancing with the Stars’ for years. It was with Damian Kordas that she won the Crystal Ball in the 10th edition of the programme.

Historic duet in the Polish show

Although single-sex couples have appeared in foreign versions of the format before, in Poland this will be the debut of such an arrangement for a female duet. Fans of the show make no secret that this could be one of the most interesting events of the upcoming edition.
