The father of both men, Stanisław Brejdygant, actor, director and writer, took Krzysztof to the final episode of the Idol programme, where he met his brother, the then 18-year-old Zalewski. Although they did not initially maintain a close relationship, they strengthened their bond later in life, especially when Zalewski struggled with alcohol addiction after the death of his mother. Today, the brothers enjoy a strong bond, sharing paternal experiences and supporting each other in both their private and professional lives. Igor Brejdygant, 13 years older, is a well-known writer who has recently published a new novel, and Krzysztof Zalewski makes no secret of his brother’s pride. The artist served his fans on Instagram not only with a glimpse of rarely published family frames, but also encouraged them to reach for his brother’s new novel. The post was met with an enthusiastic response from internet users, who expressed their affection for both Krzysztof and Igor.
