The behind-the-scenes tensions in the Polish national team came to light, culminating when Lewandowski… played the song “Małe rzeczy” by Sylwia Grzeszczak on the coach. According to unofficial reports, it was this gesture that was perceived as a pinch towards the selector.

“Small things” and big emotions – what happened in the cadre?

Michal Probierz was said to have told the players during one of the briefings to “enjoy the little things”. Robert Lewandowski – according to witnesses – deliberately played a song by Sylwia Grzeszczak with such a title in the coach a few days later. The situation quickly escalated, and the media began to speculate that this was a symbolic ‘nudge’ against the selector. Meanwhile, Lewandowski himself announced that he was “suspending” his readiness to play for the national team, which further heated up the atmosphere.

Unexpectedly, Sylwia Grzeszczak herself joined the media storm. The artist posted a funny video on Instagram in which she paraphrases her own song:
