Julia Kuczyńska, known to the wider public as Maffashion, is one of the most influential Polish influencers. Her profile on Instagram is followed by more than 1.4 million fans, who regularly flood her with questions about fashion, lifestyle and... figure. Now Maffashion has decided to reveal what she does to always look slim and fresh before important outings. The secret? It's not a miracle diet, but the elimination of specific products from her daily menu.

Maffashion avoids these products

During a Q&A session on Instagram, Julia shared her tried-and-tested way to maintain a shapely figure – especially before photo shoots and media events. Although she doesn’t follow a strict diet on a daily basis, at key moments she consciously gives up five popular products that can cause water retention in the body. Here’s what Maffashion avoids before an important outing:

  • gluten (especially bread),
  • pasta,
  • pizzas,
  • Chips,
  • nuts.

These foods can affect swelling and water retention, and with my thyroid disease it’s especially important to avoid them,” explains Julia.

“I don’t impose strictness on myself, but I do like to eat healthy.”

Unlike many celebrities who promote draconian diets, Maffashion focuses on balance. As she herself admits, she doesn’t close herself off to culinary pleasures, but on a daily basis she consciously chooses products that don’t negatively affect her well-being and appearance. ‘I don’t impose a strict diet on myself, I can sin when I want, but I just like healthy food,’ she confessed in an interview with Viva! magazine.

Maffashion and thyroid problems – a candid confession

The influencer’s statements did not lack important health themes either. Julia openly talks about her thyroid disease, which was misdiagnosed for a long time. Although Maffashion has always been associated with an athletic figure, she herself says she is not one to spend hours at the gym. The key turns out to be daily activity and healthy habits.I’ve had contact with sport all my life.When I was pregnant, I exercised as long as I could. Now I don’t overdo it – I move, I use catering, but I don’t binge,” she explained in an interview with the editorial.
