For years, Małgorzata Rozenek-Majdan has been impressing with her shape and figure, which could be the envy of her younger colleagues from show business. The star does not hide the fact that behind her appearance is not only physical activity, but also the right approach to nutrition. By her own admission, she does not count calories and does not follow strict diets, but she has made one change that has completely transformed her approach to food.

Calories? Not her style

When asked by a fan how many calories a day she consumes, Rozenek-Majdan answered without hesitation:

I don’t count calories. I don’t eat after 6 p.m. I don’t like breakfast. So my eating window is not long. Intermittent fasting was a game changer for me.

First meal only at midday

In an interview with the Hawk Post, the star explained what her daily schedule looks like under intermittent fasting. She eats her first meal at around 12 noon and her last meal at 6 p.m. at the latest, so she sticks to a set rhythm and doesn’t have to obsessively control calories.

Three ingredients she avoids

Malgorzata Rozenek-Majdan admits that she allows herself a lot, but there are three products that have no place in her diet:
I eat everything except meat, sugar and alcohol. If you eliminate these three things from your diet, you can eat anything. (…) I have the biggest problem with giving up carbohydrates, so I usually eat two slices of gluten-free, grain-free bread for breakfast, topped with a tomato and a pickled cucumber. (…) I always eat one serving of protein a day – a protein shake. And for lunch I eat fish with vegetables. I try not to combine protein with carbohydrates.

Diet and training go hand in hand

The secret of the ideal figure is not only diet, but also regular physical activity. Rozenek-Majdan emphasises that there is no lack of exercise in her daily schedule, including strength training. It is the combination of exercise and intermittent fasting that gives her the best results and allows her to enjoy a slim figure without sacrifice.
