After the birth of her son Leonidas, Marcelina Zawadzka admitted that her body was changing significantly - she had gained as much as 25 kilograms. The celebrity revealed how, by changing her habits and having a positive attitude, she managed to return to her perfect figure.

25 kilos ‘plus’ – how has Marcelina Zawadzka’s body changed?

Marcelina Zawadzka became a mum at the end of 2024. In an interview she admitted that during her pregnancy she gained as much as 25 kilos and after the birth she “stopped stepping on the scale”.for her it became more important to feel healthy and comfortable than the number on the scale.

I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I gained 25 kilos and then I stopped stepping on the scale. There was no point. Eventually we moved from the birth home to a caesarean section…. The body changes a lot.

Breastfeeding and diet – keys to getting back into shape

According to her, breastfeeding has been an important support in the fight against the extra weight: “

In addition, she has made it a rule to eat less bread at home – if she does, she only eats it out. She has dedicated several sessions a week to Pilates exercises, which she believes has strengthened her deep muscles. Marcelina Zawadzka – moving away from modelling to motherhood

Marcelina pointed out the pressures of the modelling world, in which she made her debut at the age of 14:

It’s a process… You give birth to a child and that’s the most important thing… I have love for myself. It also came with time.

According to her, her ability to adapt – gained both on the catwalks and in everyday roles – has helped her to find her feet in her new life role as a mother and accept her changing body.
