Marcin Bosak merely drew his attention to him. It ended tragically

On social media, Marcin Bosak reported on an incident in which he was beaten by a driver of a well-known transport company. Georgian Shakhin G. is now charged in the case and has partially pleaded guilty.

Paying attention ended in a brawl

The incident took place in April in the Old Ochota district of Warsaw, when the actor was picking up his sons from his former partner. A taxi driver was speeding through a narrow residential street, which alarmed Bosak. So he decided to draw his attention to him, which escalated into a brawl. This is how Marcin Bosak describes the situation:

I was picking up my sons from their mother. Suddenly I heard the engine of a car at high revs speeding down a narrow estate street and almost bumping into my son. So I jumped out in front of the car, it stopped with a squeal of tyres and the brawl began. And out of nowhere, four or five of his friends suddenly appeared and I got a solid beating.

Taxi driver faces imprisonment

Shakhin G., a Georgian national, heard charges in connection with the beating, which were classified as a `hooligan misdemeanour’. During questioning, the Georgian pleaded partially guilty to his involvement in the incident. He faces a sentence of up to three years’ imprisonment.
