Natalia Siwiec frequently addresses controversial diet topics on her social media, including starvation diets, which she claims have many benefits for her. Despite warnings from nutritionists, Siwiec is keen to promote the practice and in her latest Q&A she talked about her experiences with starvation diets and how she prepares for them.

Promoting fasting and the health benefits

Natalia, who has been gaining media attention, not only for her career but also for her lifestyle, reveals that her diet is based on two, sometimes three, meals a day. In a Q&A session in an interview, the celebrity shared her thoughts on the benefits she derives from fasting. As she points out, starvation fasts help her to rebuild her microbiome, regulate her hormones and slow down the ageing process, among other things.

For me, the most important thing is to rebuild my microbiome and regulate my hormones, improve my memory, reverse the effects of ageing, remove toxins and generally autophagy. Each length of fasting has a different task,” said Siwiec, boasting of her understanding of the body’s processes.

How does Natalia Siwiec prepare for a hunger strike?

In her Q&A, the celebrity pointed out that women should adapt their fasts to their monthly cycle to avoid adverse effects. She therefore advises against a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, encouraging her female fans to keep track of their hormonal cycle before deciding to do a fast.

It is fundamental for women to know when to do a fast. A woman cannot, like a man, do it whenever, because in her it is not ruled by testosterone alone. A woman must adapt her fasting to her monthly cycle and hormones! Consequently, she has to follow her cycle, otherwise she can do herself more harm than good,” she explained, warning against ignoring the biological differences between men and women.

Dietary changes – meat, but only organic meat

Natalia Siwiec also talked about her return to eating meat, pointing out that she only chooses organic products. She admits that after introducing meat to her diet, she feels full of energy and no longer has the same problems with hunger as before, when she relied mainly on carbohydrates.

I’m bursting with energy! I feel warmer! It was a bit hard on my stomach at first, but it’s not anymore. I generally changed my whole diet and excluded carbohydrates to a large extent, which were necessary for me because I was hungry all the time. Now I eat 2, sometimes 3 meals a day, without snacking,” Natalia stresses, boasting about her new approach to nutrition.

What about carbohydrates?

Siwiec also indicated that she has almost completely given up complex carbohydrates, including bread and pasta, opting for products based on alternative flours such as spelt or rye. However, she stresses that despite the restrictions, her diet contains plenty of vegetables and fruit, which provide essential nutrients.

I don’t eat complex carbohydrates, I have given up bread and pasta. When it comes to bread, it’s only sourdough, spelt or rye,” she added.

Thanks to her active lifestyle and conscious approach to her diet, Natalia Siwiec continues to inspire her followers, although her approach is sometimes controversial among nutritionists.
