Polish duo has won the heart of a famous actor. Will Smith enchanted by Poland!

An energetic performance in a… car park

Will Smith visited Poland for the first time and immediately provided great excitement! Alien x Majtis – winners of this year’s edition of ‘Must Be The Music’ – experienced a musical dream. Just a few days after triumphing in the competition, they gave a private concert just for Will Smith during his stay in our country. The musicians chose an unusual setting – a car park in Warsaw – and presented their greatest hits, including ‘Typhoon’ and ‘VIP’. The Hollywood star immediately caught the rhythm and… the smile did not leave his face. And the reactions? An outburst of enthusiasm on Instagram:

Footage of the event is circulating online, and the sight of an amused Smith rocking out to the duo’s powerful sounds is truly impressive.

Alien x Majtis – from Bielsko-Biała to the world stage

The duo is made up of Mateusz “Majtis” Przechrzta and Dawid “Alien” Falędysz – young artists who quickly aroused the interest of the Polish audience. Their style, combining rap, electronica and honest emotional narration, brought them not only victory in “Must Be The Music”, but also three gold singles and a debut album, which debuted in the TOP 5 of the OLIS list. They have their own studio, a clothing brand and, most importantly, hearts devoted to their fans.

Will Smith with a Polish accent – “adventure” in Polish!

At the end of his visit, the actor did something special – he spoke in Polish. In a short farewell video from his Facebook, he decided to read out a few words from the Polish edition of his autobiography “Will”. Specifically:

It’s Polish. See? Look at it, that’s how into the language I am. This book is profound even in Polish.

Smith read the word ‘adventure’ with a charming stammer, which further endeared him to Polish fans. The actor also asserted:

First time in Poland, certainly not the last. See you soon!

A visit full of surprises – from a charity ball to a folk show

During his stay in Poland, Will Smith not only met with the musician duo, but also took part in the ‘TOP Charity’ gala organised by Omena Mensah and Rafał Brzoska. He also visited the Mermaid Parade and met with Lech Wałęsa. However, he was most impressed by the musical touches – including a performance by the Student Song and Dance Ensemble ‘Katowice’, who prepared a folk version of ‘Men in Black’. The actor was delighted with this and, as he stated, “I’m taking them on tour”.

It seems the Alien x Majtis duo are just getting started – the concert for Will Smith himself is a powerful chapter in their musical history.
