Sandra Kubicka and Aleksander Baron met in 2021 and married in April 2024. Shortly after the ceremony, their son Leonard was born. Unfortunately, a few months later, the couple began to go through a crisis, which ended with the decision to divorce. In December 2024, Kubicka filed a lawsuit –

In her statement, she emphasised that both of them had been trying to save their marriage for a long time.

“I shed an ocean of tears”.

The model on Monday morning decided to address her fans to share her emotions. She admitted that the breakup was not easy for her.

Even though the decision was made some time ago – I have already cried my own tears – believe me. I have cried since Leosia was born and shed an ocean of tears, seriously. To all the people who write to me that I didn’t fight – I fought a lot. I fought tremendously, bloody hard, and I wanted us to be a loving family, but at some point I realised that it can’t be done. There have to be two people fighting. Later, when Alexander decided that now he was going to fight, I couldn’t go on. For me it just all broke already – she confessed in the video.

Attempts to save the relationship and the decision to break up

Kubicka revealed that the couple tried to save the relationship, even during a trip to Thailand together, even though they were no longer actually together. Baron went there with the model’s family for the sake of their son, and

it was like that for some days it was fine and I was thinking: `Shit, maybe we can manage’, but then it changed. It is normal to want to keep trying. I don’t understand why I’m being held accountable for that – she said.

The model also addressed the divorce process itself. “Divorce

is hell, but I can handle it. I know I can handle it because I’ve really been kicked many times in my life and I’ve had to get up. (…) You don’t have to feel sorry for me. I told you about it yesterday, and it’s been happening for a long time. I have already accepted it. (…) Don’t hold me or Alka accountable, because you don’t have a clue what was going on under that roof – she concluded.

The celebrity noted that she intends to focus on the future and will not comment on the details of the divorce. The model thanked her fans for their support and assured that although the process has not been easy, she is ready to face the next challenges.
