Marianna Schreiber will soon be showing her face in the octagon again. At the PRIME MMA 16 gala, scheduled for 25 April, she will face Paulina Porzucek. Even before the clash takes place, however, the 33-year-old has once again found herself in the spotlight and caused quite a stir.

Schreiber made headlines in the world of freak fights in 2023. It was then that she unexpectedly announced that she was going to embark on a sporting adventure with celebrity fights. This came as quite a shock to many observers, as only a short while earlier she had openly criticised this type of spectacle, describing it as pathology and assuring that she herself would never appear in a cage. In the end, the opposite happened, and today she has already had several fights.

Confusion over opponents and a high-profile change of plans

Initially, Marianna Schreiber’s rival was to be Katarzyna Lirsz, known as Laluna. However, this fight will not happen. The ‘Queens of Life’ star withdrew after one of the programmes promoting the gala, when Schreiber raised a sensitive issue concerning her opponent and her relatives.

As Laluna later explained, the two had previously agreed not to draw out private matters and to focus solely on the sporting side of the conflict. According to her, this rule had been broken, which is why she did not want to participate further in the match-up. As a result, Marianne faced a new challenge, as her opponent was Paulina Porzucek.

A police uniform and a declaration, after which a storm was unleashed

Just before the gala, Schreiber again decided to surprise strongly. At the press conference preceding the event in Nysa, she appeared dressed in a police uniform. This sight alone was enough to trigger a wave of comments, but the real excitement was yet to come.

Shortly afterwards, the celebrity published a post on social media in which she announced that she wanted to tie her future to the Polish police. By the way, she also announced that such a step would mean the end of her adventure with freak fights.

After this publication, things momentarily got heated online. Internet users began to widely comment on both the uniform itself and Schreiber’s declaration. Many people did not hide their surprise, and the comments quickly included biting opinions. As is often the case with Marianne, one statement was enough to put her back in the headlines and unleash an online storm.
