Taco Hemingway is known for unexpectedly releasing his tracks during the summer evenings. Although the rapper has been experimenting with different styles over the past three years, his fans have been eagerly awaiting another release similar to his earlier work. On 17 August, he introduced two new singles: “Gelato” and “Macarena Freestyle”. The full album will be made available on 22 September.

Hemingway rarely chooses to make music videos, but the single ´Gelato´ received a special clip that Iga Lis, the artist’s partner, worked on. She shared an emotional post on social media to mark the occasion, even though the couple usually avoided exposing their relationship in public. It has been a thousand and one (heh) days since she was proud to see how much heart Philip has put into creating new material. I’m glad I could add a brick from myself to this very important project for me. It’s fun to create as a team. I would like to thank Janas and Filip for their trust,” shared Iga, who also revealed that the video, which refers to her carefree childhood years, was created while she was working on her debut documentary filmed at the Polish seaside.
