The first million. Here’s how Malgorzata Rozenek-Majdan got started

An unusual start to a great career

It was an advert for paper towels, which everyone was raving about, and it [was] the very beginning of my work in show business,” admitted Rozenek-Majdan, recalling her first steps in the industry.

The star emphasises that despite the sceptical reception of the campaign, she herself knew that she was adding to the stakes and the value of her work.

‘It was the first million I made, one of the first millions, because I remember having that feeling: A million is an amount that feels good.”

What did she do with the money?

Although many would expect luxuries, Rozenek-Majdan had a clearly planned goal:

I knew that with this money I would send my son to university.

Her son, Stanislaw, started studying in France, which confirms that the decision was well thought out and consistent.Moreover, the presenter did not avoid the topic of rates and her own value on the market:

I respect my work. (…) I have no problem negotiating rates, neither I nor my team, so we work for a certain amount of money.
