This is what Magda Gessler’s first husband looked like. Tadeusz Müller shared a photo from the family album.

The couple lived to have a son, Tadeusz Müller, who today has an excellent relationship with his mother. But it was not always so. As he admitted in a conversation with a Jastrząb Post journalist, in the 1990s Gessler was heavily involved in her work. Despite this, he does not hold a grudge against her:

I have no grudge against her. Lara and I are strengthened in life, she also has super experience. I appreciate that she wasn’t a Polish mother, but a woman who was doing something wonderful. And we benefited from it too, because we are tougher.

Tadeusz Müller shares memories of his father. What was Magda Gessler’s first partner like?

Tadeusz’s father died when he was still very young. Müller decided to honour his memory, so he published an emotional post on his Instagram profile. In it, he recalled the many achievements of the journalist, who, among other things, documented the fall of Francisco Franco’s regime, worked in Angola, Mozambique, Peru and created portraits of the royal family.

He was a man dedicated to the people and was fascinated by the Spanish provincial culture. Thank you @magdagessler_official for the endless stories about Volko,” Tadeusz wrote in his post.
