Viki Gabor, one of the most recognisable young stars of the Polish music scene, has broken her silence and responded firmly to criticism of her appearance. In an emotional message addressed to the haters, the artist did not beat around the bush. Her words quickly went viral and triggered an avalanche of comments. Has Viki Gabor just initiated a new wave of authenticity in Polish show business?

A star of the younger generation with a powerful voice

Viki Gabor made her debut on the Polish scene as a contestant on The Voice Kids, and her real breakthrough came in 2019, when she won Eurovision Junior with her song Superhero. Since then, she has been developing her music career, gaining recognition both in Poland and abroad. But in addition to her successes, the teen star has also had to face … brutal criticism.

The heckling of Viki Gabor

In recent months, Viki Gabor has become the target of hecklers who have spared no expense in commenting on her appearance. Allegations have included alleged lip augmentation, plastic surgery and even… alleged pregnancy. All this despite the fact that the artist is only 17 years old.

The artist, who has so far avoided directly confronting haters online, has now decided to say out loud what she thinks. Her statement has been seen as a manifesto for the younger generation, who no longer intend to remain silent in the face of heckling.

I think everyone should just watch their d**y, well that should be normal, because really, you know, each of us is different, each of us has our dreams to fulfil,” the singer appeals.

With this, Viki joins the ranks of artists who are not afraid to talk about the problems of heckling, especially among young people and those starting out in the media.
