Before her marriage to Schmidt, Młynarska had already been married twice. Her first husband was the historian Leszek Kienkiewicz, with whom the relationship broke up after ten years. With her second husband, Jerzy Porębski, Młynarska was linked for one year. Her marriage to Przemysław Schmidt, on the other hand, has been going on since 2014 and does not seem to be ending anytime soon. In an interview with Plejada, Młynarska talked about the moment she met her future husband. It was an important moment, as the journalist was soon struggling with a serious illness.

My husband met me when I was standing on the stage of the Grand Theatre and leading the Polsat jubilee in a glittering backless gown and golden shoes. (…) We decided to make a life together after many different trials, twists and turns in life,” recalled Młynarska.

Przemysław Schmidt has been an influential businessman, partner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Trigon DM for 20 years. He was also chairman of the European Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009.
